Palo Santo has so many beautiful qualities and is used to bring good energy and luck into your living space. It raises your vibration and enhances creativity. In addition it prepares you and your space for better spiritual connections. The healing benefits are to help stress, anxiety and depression and also has anti inflammatory and antibacterial and antiseptic properties.  The magical and mystical tradition of harvesting the tree is very special. For the wood to receive its spiritual and healing properties the tree or branches of the tree has to die naturally. The tree and it’s branches have to then remain in its natural habitat for a minimum of four years. Only then it’s sacred qualities can come alive. Before burning please remove the twine, flowers and crystal and keep on your altar or a special place where you can see it.
 
Selenite - named after the Greek goddess of the moon Selene, Selenite crystals are white in colour and have many healing and mystical properties - it is a crystallized form of Gypsum, which is used for good luck and protection. The powerful vibration of Selenite can clear, open, and activate the Crown and Higher Chakras and is excellent for all types of spiritual work. Selenite can also be used to strengthen the memory.
 
This sage and lavender stick uses ehtically sourced dried herbs that when burned, the smoke is said to purify and invite new energy into the home. The smoke burns up the toxic energy and can be used as frequently as you wish. Smudge sticks are used to cleanse people, objects and any area you want cleansed, however it makes sense to smudge your whole living space (and any other space you desire to be cleansed too). Once completed, there is an increased sense of calmness, well-being, optimism and physical energy. Sage is considered one of the most sacred of herbs instilling peace and tranquillity, while lavender cultivates peace of mind and restfulness.
 
Before using your sticks have a de-clutter and tidy of the areas you wish to smudge. Once completed, you can begin to smudge.
 
Start upstairs, open the windows, light your smudge stick in the bathroom and keep the shell with you to catch any embers. Don’t worry if there is a lot of smoke – this is normal, the smoke releases all the negative energy. Now in gentle rotation movements you can move your smudge stick all around the rooms and work your way through your home, finishing off with yourself. As you smudge you can say to yourself or out loud an affirmation such as ‘I release unwanted negative energy from my home and family, I release any fears that limit me, and I release any energies that no longer serve me. I am now ready to receive abundance and inner peace’. You can change any of the wording to suit your needs and this can be adapted every time you smudge. Remember to keep your shell with you to catch the embers. When you are finished, stub the smudge stick into the shell making sure it has finished burning (please don’t put it out under water) and keep for another time – the shell can be easily cleaned with soapy water and a sponge. 
 
Sage and Lavender Melt
Sage is considered one of the most sacred of herbs and is known to intellectually, emotionally, and spiritually stimulate and clarify the mind while exhibiting a balancing, uplifting, soothing, and strengthening effect on the senses to ease negativity.
Clary Sage encourages calm and restoration. It has physical and psychological attributes and promotes contentment and self-love. Clary Sage awakens the subconscious, bringing harmony and purpose. 
Lavender represents the warmth of Mother Earth bringing incredible calming and healing. It provides spiritual healing, encourages compassion & promotes love, protection and cleansing.
 
Red Root Chakra Melt
Red is a very physical colour and promotes a feeling of being grounded & connected to the earth. Red is linked to survival and instinct and makes us feel alert, vigilant & primal. Cinnamon brings material success and luck, improves health, attracts love and creates passion.
