Welcome to your self-care kit to help alleviate your anxiety and overwhelming thoughts and feelings.  This kit is to help you bring some calm and balance to your life. This kit is not a replacement for any medication or for seeking professional help. This is a complementary way to support you. How to work with your crystals. 
You can either place your crystals where you can see them or carry them around with you. You may be drawn to a different one more than the other, trust your instinct as this is your intuition guiding you.  Wash your crystals in a mild soapy water as this removes the different energies of people who have handled them before reaching you. Once dry, hold them to your heart and thank them for the support and love they are going to give you. You can re-charge them on a new and/or full moon.  Crystals will soak up the energy around them, so wash your crystals as and when your intuition tells you to.
