Protection & Grounding Self-Care Crystal Kit
Welcome to your self-care kit for protection and grounding.  This kit is to empower you live in the present moment and to feel more connected to the Earth. When you are grounded you feel centered, strong and focused.  This kit will help you feel more connected to loved ones and your community. The crystals are not a replacement for any medication or for seeking professional help. The kit is a complementary way to help heal and nurture you. There are lots of other ways to support your self-care journey such as yoga, journaling, walking in nature, meditation, helping others and more. 
 
How to work with your crystals.
You can either place your crystals where you can see them or carry them around with you. You may be drawn to a different one more than the other, trust your instinct as this is your intuition guiding you. Wash your crystals in a mild soapy water as this removes the different energies of people who have handled them before reaching you. Once dry, hold them to your heart and thank them for the support and love they are going to give you. You can re-charge them on a new and/or full moon. Crystals will soak up the energy around them, so wash your crystals as and when your intuition tells you to.

Sage is considered one of the most sacred of herbs and is known to intellectually, emotionally, and spiritually stimulate and clarify the mind while exhibiting a balancing, uplifting, soothing, and strengthening effect on the senses to ease negativity.
