Welcome to your self-care kit to help improve your self-belief and confidence. This kit will help you manifest all that you desire with passion and confidence. When you lack self-confidence, you may find yourself shying away from social situations or you might stop trying new things, and avoid things you find challenging. This kit is not a replacement for any medication or for seeking professional help, it is a complementary way to support you in your journey. There are lots of other ways to support your self-care journey such as yoga, journaling, walking in nature, meditation and helping others. These are just a few and I hope you enjoy your crystal kit.
 
How to work with your crystals.
You can either place your crystals where you can see them or carry them around with you. You may be drawn to a different one more than the other, trust your instinct as this is your intuition guiding you. Wash your crystals in a mild soapy water as this removes the different energies of people who have handled them before reaching you. Once dry, hold them to your heart and thank them for the support and love they are going to give you. You can re-charge them on a new and/or full moon. Crystals will soak up the energy around them, so wash your crystals as and when your intuition tells you to.

Palo Santo has so many beautiful qualities and is used to bring good energy and luck into your living space. It raises your vibration and enhances creativity. The healing benefits are to help stress, anxiety and depression and has anti-inflammatory, antibacterial and antiseptic properties.
 
Sage is considered one of the most sacred of herbs and is known to intellectually, emotionally, and spiritually stimulate and clarify the mind while exhibiting a balancing, uplifting, soothing, and strengthening effect on the senses to ease negativity.
